About Alexis Carpinello
Alexis Carpinello has been an expert advisor in the New York City real estate market for several years. She comes to it from Bethlehem, New York and Lake St. Catherine, Vermont – small towns with close-knit communities. It was the belief in people taking care of people and a diverse professional background that brought her to a unique and comprehensive advisory method with her clients, which include experienced investors and developers, as well as first-time real estate transactors.
She believes strongly in a code of ethics with both industry professionals and clientele and is known for an approach based in data, balancing investment portfolios, and navigating contractual and geographical complexities of the NYC market.
As a former paralegal for a prominent law firm, she learned how principles and honesty were and should be the foundational qualities of any business relationship, and she looks forward to earning the trust of her clients. She puts loyalty first, and is proud to have the opportunity to turn potentially stressful moments into milestones.
Alexis earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Emerson College in Boston, and studied screenwriting at UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, & Television. She went on to work in the arts, hospitality, and editorial. It was this career path through both academia and human interaction and psychology that strengthened her into a fiercely effective negotiator. Equally as important, she prides herself on being a pillar of support for clients, helping them to see how real estate can work towards their specific financial and life goals in a changing economy. She now has a global reach, and offers a referral network for other regions.
Alexis resides in DUMBO, Brooklyn, and in her spare time, can often be found running through the city’s different neighborhoods.
